Situation today:
Tried to avoid a sneeze provoked by sensitivity to light by watching the screen for too long.
While other times I feel a sneeze coming and I purposely try look at a bright light in order to sneeze.
I also sneezed later on due to staring at the screen for too long, but it was not intentional this time.
Symptoms:
Running nose, watery eyes and vaginal discharge. Not in any way comfortable.
So why do I try my best to stop a sneeze sometimes and other times provoke it?
For the same reason that we purposely heat our bodies in saunas in order to provoke a sweat, in order to release toxins for the sake of better health, long term. We decide to endure the heat, which very uncomfortable, for a shorter period when we decide it is time for a sauna session, because of long term benefit. The greater goo. We decide based on time, situation and wisdom from a greater (everlasting) perspective.
Yet, we would not sit in a sauna several hours a day. That would be counter productive. While occasional saunas will be productive and beneficial.
Same thing is true when I sometimes deliberately try to provoke tears, by going outside in the wind or cut onions. This in order to try to release toxins caused by migraines, which often also caused by low energy states. This proves to often work WHEN I have certain conditions, while other times during other conditions, these same procedures will be counter productive, as it is not needed for that specific or current condition.
This is like a type for the sanctification process, or rather a part of it. Learning by experience what is the correct thing to do for the current circumstance and condition at hand and trying to decide what is the best thing to do from a greater or everlasting perspective, wisdom and love.
This is part of the law of the spirit, the new, everlasting law and order of Jesus Christ. Not just by theory (letter), but by experience (including painful) in the sanctification of the highest God.
